Refund policy

Damaged or Faulty Goods 

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we can offer a full refund/exchange within 60 days of the customer receiving the order. We simply require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item with tracking number.

Important:

To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge, please contact orders@beddingenvy.co.uk with your name, address & order number and our customer service team will generate a shipping label for you.

  • All damages or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unwashed and unused. We highly recommend inspecting your items before washing.

  • Reports made after 14 days will still be reviewed; however, the customer will be responsible for return postage.


Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that a refund has been issued and feel free to order the item again from our website.

Returning an Order

Sometimes it just doesn't work out. We get that. If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, we ask that you contact our sales team and return the item in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken within 60 days to:

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning unwanted items, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
 
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued. Please note the item must be returned with the original packaging, as new, unused, and free of defects
 
If you cancel your order before the items are shipped out a refund will be issued right away.

Additional Return Policy Note:

  • Partial Returns for Boxed Sets: We do not accept partial returns or exchanges for boxed sets. If you require a different size for a fitted sheet or duvet cover included in a boxed set, please purchase the correct size separately.
  • Colour Variations: We do not provide return labels for items returned due to colour differences. Device settings and lighting can affect how colours appear, though we make every effort to display them accurately. Returns for this reason fall under our change-of-mind policy, with postage at the customer’s expense.

Effective 07 January 2025, the following terms shall apply to all products purchased from our 

  • Sale Outlet: Products purchased from our Sale Outlet do not qualify for the extended 60-day return policy.
  • Standard statutory rights for returns, as governed by the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, remain applicable.
