UK Standard Delivery

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £50.00 in UK Mainland. Orders under £50 will be charged £4.99 for Standard Delivery in UK Mainland via Evri

Our Standard Delivery via Evri typically takes between 5 to 7 working days. We also offer UPGRADE to Next Working Day Delivery by DPD for only £2.99 (on all orders above £50 & placed before 3pm on Monday to Thursday).

UK Next Day Delivery

For any orders below £50.00, Next Day Delivery via DPD (Monday to Thursday) will be charged £6.99 & for any orders above £50 get a FREE Standard Delivery that can be UPGRADED to Next Working Day Delivery by DPD for only £2.99. Please note orders placed on Friday on Next Working Day Delivery will be delivered on Monday. Saturday Delivery is also available at £9.99 by DPD.

Important Delivery Notice

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, including for upgraded delivery services, Saturday delivery, or in cases of faulty items.

This is because our responsibility to deliver your order is fulfilled once the parcel has been dispatched and received, regardless of any issues that may arise with the product itself. Any product-related concerns will be resolved in line with our return or replacement policy, but delivery charges will not be reimbursed under any circumstance.

Unreceived Orders

If you do not receive your order, please report this to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Unfortunately, if an order is not reported as missing within this timeframe, we will be unable to raise an investigation or claim with DPD on your behalf, and will not be able to offer a resolution. We strongly recommend keeping track of your delivery and contacting us promptly in the event of any issues.
